About GAMENYX
Gaming intelligence that respects your time.
Who GAMENYX is
GAMENYX is an independent gaming publication. We help gamers make smarter, more practical decisions — about which games to play, how to get more out of them, and how to build and tune the setup you already own — through clear content built on research and, for reviews, our own hands-on testing, instead of hype.
GAMENYX is written for a global, English-speaking gaming audience.
What we cover
Games — editorial explanations of how a game’s systems and mechanics actually work, useful whether you’re deciding what to play next or stuck on a specific point.
Guides — practical, decision-focused answers: what to do first, what to prioritize, and what actually matters.
Setup — performance, hardware, and setup guidance for the platform you already have, without unnecessary upgrade pressure.
Reviews — verdicts on games and products we have personally played or used, with the platform, version and hands-on time stated. See How GAMENYX Reviews.
We’re a small, focused publication, not a large newsroom. Right now that means a few sections done properly, rather than more sections stretched thin.
How we approach editorial work
Articles are researched before they’re written. We aim to be accurate about what we do and don’t know, and we’re careful to distinguish content based on research from content based on genuine hands-on experience — see our Editorial Policy for the full detail. Reviews follow a stricter, hands-on standard, described in How GAMENYX Reviews.
Our use of AI
GAMENYX may use AI tools to assist parts of the editorial process — research organization, outlining, drafting assistance, and editing. AI-generated output is never treated as automatically publish-ready; every article receives human review before it goes live.
Editorial independence
Affiliate relationships and advertising do not determine our editorial conclusions or recommendations. Any affiliate relationship will be disclosed — see our Affiliate Disclosure.
