Affiliate Disclosure

This page explains GAMENYX’s relationship to affiliate links and commercial recommendations, in line with FTC guidance on clear and conspicuous disclosure of material connections (16 C.F.R. Part 255).

Current status

GAMENYX’s operator takes part in performance-marketing (CPA) programs run by AfBooster for several games covered on this site. These programs pay when a visitor who clicked a tracked link installs or plays a game. We have no direct relationship with the games’ developers or publishers.

Some GAMENYX articles contain an affiliate (tracking) link to one of these offers, shown as a button or as an image banner labelled “Sponsored · affiliate link”. Those pages say so at the top, before any recommendation. Other pages discuss a game we have an offer for without linking to it; they also disclose the relationship at the top of the page.

What may change

We may take part in affiliate or performance-marketing programs and may add affiliate links to specific articles. When we do, some links you see may be affiliate links — meaning that if you make a qualifying purchase or take a qualifying action after clicking one, GAMENYX may earn a commission. This comes at no additional cost to you.

How you’ll know

When a page contains affiliate links, a clear disclosure will appear near the top of that page — before you reach any specific recommendations — rather than being buried only at the bottom of a long article, consistent with FTC guidance that a disclosure should be clear and conspicuous.

Editorial independence

Whether or not a link earns us a commission does not determine our recommendations or conclusions. We form our opinions first, based on our own research and editorial judgment; see our Editorial Policy for how we research and write. If we ever publish sponsored or paid content, it will be clearly labeled as such at the time. Reviews also state how we got access to the game or product being reviewed; see How GAMENYX Reviews. Review copies, loaned hardware, sponsored access and any other material relationship are disclosed on the page where they apply.

Current relationships

The list of offers changes over time. Every GAMENYX page about one of these games discloses the relationship at the top of the page. We never describe a relationship that isn’t real.
