About Zenless Zone Zero
Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) is HoYoverse’s free-to-play action game, launched on July 4, 2024 for PC, PlayStation 5, iOS and Android, with an Xbox Series X|S version following in June 2025. Progress carries across platforms.
It’s set in New Eridus, a city built around dangerous dimensional rifts called Hollows. Players act as a Proxy who guides agents through them. Unlike HoYoverse’s Genshin Impact, ZZZ is not a large open world: it focuses on a city hub and mission-based combat, with fast three-character teams built around dodges, team switches and chain attacks. New agents are obtained through a gacha system.
