Arknights: Endfield launched on January 22, 2026, on PC, PlayStation 5, iOS and Android. It is a real-time 3D action RPG with a factory-automation layer, so it asks much more of your hardware than the original Arknights. Before you download around 60 GB, it’s worth checking your PC against the official requirements.

Official PC requirements

These are the requirements Gryphline published for the PC launch. Check the official site before you buy any hardware, since publishers sometimes revise them after updates.

Minimum Recommended
OS Windows 10 / 11, 64-bit Windows 10 / 11, 64-bit
CPU Intel Core i5-9400F or equivalent Intel Core i7-10700K or equivalent
GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (6 GB) NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
RAM 16 GB 32 GB
Storage 60 GB, SSD 60 GB or more, SSD
DirectX 11.1 11.1 or later

The game’s Steam page, set up for its Steam release on October 14, 2026, lists the same CPU, GPU and storage, but only 16 GB of RAM for the recommended tier.

What these numbers mean in practice

Minimum means “it runs”, not “it runs well”. Publishers usually build minimum specs around low settings at a modest resolution and frame rate. If your PC sits right at the minimum, expect to lower settings and aim for stable rather than high frame rates.

The RAM figures stand out. 16 GB as a minimum and 32 GB recommended is higher than many games of this type. If you have 8 GB, that is the first and cheapest upgrade to consider. If you have 16 GB, the game is officially supported, but closing background apps (browsers especially) helps.

An SSD is listed even at minimum. On a hard drive, expect long loading times and possible stutter when the game streams in new areas. If you’re still on a hard drive, moving the game to an SSD is one of the most noticeable upgrades you can make for the money.

The GPU range is fairly wide. A GTX 1060 6 GB at minimum and an RTX 2060 recommended means most mid-range cards from the last several generations sit at or above the recommended level. Your resolution and refresh-rate targets matter more than the card’s name.

How to check your own PC on Windows

  1. Press Win + R, type dxdiag, and press Enter. The System tab shows your CPU, RAM and DirectX version, and the Display tab shows your GPU.
  2. Open Settings → System → Storage to check free space and whether your drives are SSDs.
  3. Compare each line with the table above. The lowest component is the one that limits you.

If your PC falls short

Upgrade in the order that removes the biggest bottleneck for the least money:

  1. No SSD: install the game on an SSD first.
  2. Under 16 GB RAM: add memory.
  3. GPU below a GTX 1060 6 GB: this is the expensive one. Read monitor or GPU first before deciding, so you don’t buy a high-refresh monitor your GPU can’t drive.
  4. Close to the line everywhere: start with lower settings and follow our Arknights: Endfield PC settings guide before buying anything.

Not a PC player?

Arknights: Endfield is also on PlayStation 5, iOS and Android. If upgrading your PC isn’t worth it just for one game, those versions are a reasonable alternative. Check the store page for your device’s requirements first.
